After many years in the making we have finally started construction at our job site located at the intersection Route 9 and Route 146 in Clifton Park. The site will consist of two office buildings. The larger of the two buildings will be a 57,000 square foot, two story, Class A office building. We are lucky enough to be having Kitware, a longtime tenant of ours, occupy the top two floors of the building. The completion date of this building is set for Summer of 2018.
The second building will be a 3600 square foot building located at the entrance of the site. We are happy to say that half of the building will be occupied by Ballston Spa National Bank. The completion date for this building is set for Early Spring of 2018
At the moment we still have amble space available in both buildings.
